How do I know the watch I buy from your site is real? Are your items authentic?

PawnDeluxe examines the authenticity of each and every item through a multi-point check authentication process. Our certified watch experts, with more than 20 years of experience in authenticating and servicing luxury watches, will examine the watch and any associated documentation to determine if the item is authentic. If any items do not fit our rigorous quality standards, we don’t accept them.

Do you sell new watches?

PawnDeluxe is seller of pre owned exclusive watches. We do not sell new watches. However, the items on our website are mostly in good condition.

How do you determine your prices/valuations?

We do our research. The whole team behind PawnDeluxe is on a daily base gathering data from auction results, forum sales, and our own transactions to get a real-time pulse on the secondhand watch market. We do this in order to determine the fairest price for any given watch, in real-time.

Where do your watches come from?

Most of our watches are bought or consigned from individuals, but we also work with several (retail partners).

Do items come with original brand packaging and paperwork?

Since beginning our goal is to provide the best service with the best possible price. That’s why in order to avoid extra costs and to keep the prices the low as possible we decided to avoid the unnecessary cost of documents.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer (secure payment) through PayPal, Ideal or cash by pickup. For international customers and clients working with our sales team directly over the phone, we have the option to do a bank wire transfer.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all domestic and abroad destinations by DHL express service.

How do I track my order?

Upon your purchase you  will automatically receive all tracking details and order confirmation with your DHL Express Waybill number.

What happen if the watch is lost or damaged in the mail?

Our team hopes that this never happens, but if it does, we will refund you the paid amount the same moment we clarify that the item is lost or damaged.

How quickly do you ship once a purchase is made?

Once the payment is done, a watch generally ships to you within 24 hours. Maximum time for delivering is 3 days depending of the location. If you need it sooner than that, let us know and we can try to fix it for you.

Is it possible to change the delivery address?

Yes, we understand that sometimes by various occasions this can happen. In this case you need to inform us as soon as possible and there is a small extra administration fee of 2% for changing address.

Do you have a refund or return policy?

Yes, we do. In the case the item is not in the condition we have described it on our website, we guarantee 100 % refund. You have 14 days from the date of delivering to return your watch with the small administration cost of 3% with returning. You are required to return everything the same as you have received before. Please note that we do not refund the transaction fees charged by the payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, bank, etc.).
